The Kaouann and Bretagne Otherwise agencies have just obtained the Fair Tourism label awarded by the Association for Fair and Solidarity Tourism (ATES).
Kaouann and Bretagne Otherwise are labeled after their participation in the Fair Breizh program, initiated in 2020. The program, led by Ates and financed by the Environment and Energy Management Agency (Ademe), aimed to emerge, structure and promote the fair tourism offer in Brittany.
The two agencies are notably rewarded for having “developed a tourist offer that highlights Breton players, limits its carbon impact and allows visitors to get off the beaten track”, according to a press release.
Sixty pros already labeled
Bretagne Otherwise specializes in tailor-made trips to Brittany and Normandy. Its production is centered on the promotion of short circuits, small groups and the preservation of the territory.
