Imagine’R and Mandala Gestion are taking a stake in the young hotel group which plans to open ten “Hob” within three years.
A new stage for Evi Hob, with the arrival of new investors in its capital. Imagine’R (ex-Roxim) and Mandala Gestion together bring around 875,000 euros and take 25% of the capital of Evi Hob. “Imagine’R and Mandala Gestion are both companies with a mission,” emphasizes Franck Le Roux, the founder of Evi Hob. These are people who look like us in speech. Their leaders, Marc Pigeon (Imagin’R) and Pierre Satin (Mandala Gestion), are therefore joining the strategic board of the very young hotel group. At the same time, the historical members of the board reinjected an additional €100,000 into the capital. In total, nearly one million euros have therefore been collected to enable the development of this new hosting concept, while fundraising is still underway on the Lita.co platform,as we announced in January 2022 .
A valuation of 3 million euros
While the first “Hob” – “Hob” halfway between hostel and hotel” and “Evi” for evidence – only opened its doors in 2021, the company is already valued at nearly 3 million euros.
“It is a valuation made on our ability to take over the structures and on the development of ten “Hob” in three years”, explains Franck Le Roux. And on this side too it is progressing. Evi Hob has just signed the acquisition of a new establishment in Savoie, the Château de la tour du Puits. Evi Hob develops establishments combining hotels, hostels and third places in rural areas. The hotel group buys establishments in need of buyers to revitalize them with this new concept and a strong local anchorage, by favoring short circuits or by organizing events to animate the local fabric. are entrusted to the hands of a couple of managers, the “Hobers”. At present, two “Hob” have already opened their doors, the Hob Alenya in the Eastern Pyrenees and the Hob Fort du Pré, in Haute-Loire.
