Siblu has just acquired the Holding New Aire group, which operates around 3,500 locations in France.
Major maneuvers are continuing in the highly competitive outdoor accommodation sector. Siblu has just announced the acquisition of the Holding New Aire (HNA) group and thus acquires the seven campsites it operated*.
For Siblu, engaged in an external growth strategy, this operation will enrich its portfolio of locations by a quarter, or approximately 3,500 units. 5 of the 7 campsites operated by HNA are under public service delegation contracts or long-term administrative leases. “Siblu of course intends to continue operating the said sites in accordance with their respective specifications”, specifies the group in a press release.
Nearly 200 million euros in turnover in 2021
“The operation is financed by a capital increase subscribed by all the shareholders, led by the majority shareholder Naxicap Partners, as well as the use of the Unirate financing line set up by the Arcmont fund in December 2019”, details Siblu.
Created some forty years ago, Siblu is positioned as one of the European leaders in the outdoor accommodation market, and number one in the sale of mobile homes to owner occupiers in France. In 2021, the group based in Pessac (33) recorded a turnover of 200 million euros by operating 25 holiday villages, including 22 in France.
